SEB157 (SEB157): yellow dwarf star with 4 planets

  Aracilsh   Peorsle   Quarlo

Solar system 'SEB157 (SEB157)' comprises the star 'SEB157' and the retinue of celestial objects gravitationally bound to it: 4 planets and their 167 moons, as well as asteroids, meteoroids, planetoids, comets, and interplanetary dust.

The principal component of this star system is the star 'SEB157', a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 99.84% of the system's known mass and dominates it gravitationally. SEB157 is located more than 1205 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

SEB157 once gave life to its planets. Each planet was colonised, though it is unknown which planet was home to the original species.
Sadly, the star brought an end to the civilisation during a period of interplanetary war, when a solar flare scorched the nearer planets, and left the others with severely disrupted climates. The species became extinct shortly afterwards.

This solar system comprises 4 planets

Aracilsh is a medium terrestrial planet (6425 km radius) which orbits its star in 195 Earth days, one day on Aracilsh lasts 10 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 577 K (304 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of nitrogen and it has 7 moons.

This planet's bare rocky surface, occasionally marked with craters and mountains, bears the signs of a once great civilisation. Scoured surfaces and eroded gullies and canyons show signs of water. The planet lacks an atmosphere, so the planet is bombarded ...

Peorsle is a small terrestrial planet (3476 km radius) which orbits its star in 360 Earth days, one day on Peorsle lasts 24 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 513 K (240 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of nitrogen, oxygen and it has 0 moons.

A small part of this tiny planet's surface is comprised of a reflective mineral. Therefore, a lot of sunlight is reflected off of the surface, back into space, unless it is trapped by the atmosphere. Because of this, this part of the planet is very cold, a ...

Quarlo is a large gas giant (45941 km radius) which orbits its star in 31901 Earth days, one day on Quarlo lasts 4 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1752 K (1479 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen, helium and it has 85 moons.

Quarlo appears to have once been the hub of this system's activity. In the planet's atmosphere, various synthetic particles have been discovered, and chunks of metal still float around. In rare cases, large parts of space stations have been discovered, sti ...

Jaxsall is a large gas giant (49933 km radius) which orbits its star in 111750 Earth days, one day on Jaxsall lasts 4 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1957 K (1684 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen, helium and it has 75 moons.

This planet is similar to Quarlo, although Jaxsall appears to have been neglected by the civilisation that once lived here. The atmosphere contains artificial particles and waste products. The waste is so thick in some places the atmosphere takes on a brow ...
