This planet is similar to Quarlo, although Jaxsall appears to have been neglected by the civilisation that once lived here. The atmosphere contains artificial particles and waste products. The waste is so thick in some places the atmosphere takes on a brown tint.
The planet's innumerable moons all appear to have been treated similarly, although they were inhabited. Several moons seem to have been used as giant landfill sites, with a layer of one of the moons comprised entirely of waste products.
One of Jaxsall's thinnest rings also appears to be made of waste. Jaxsall and its moons were the dumping sites of the solar system.
