The principal components of this star system are the stars 'LBG001.A' and 'LBG001.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'LBG001.A' is a blue giant class star that contains about 95% of the system's known mass, 'LBG001.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 4% of the system's known mass.

System 'LBG001' is located more than 2994 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

LBG001.1 is a very large terrestrial planet (11596 km radius) which orbits its star in 704 Earth days, one day on LBG001.1 lasts 3 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1065 K (792 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of nitrogen and it has 36 moons.
