Solar system 'LDC424' is a dual star system that comprises the stars 'LDC424.A' and 'LDC424.B' and the retinue of celestial objects gravitationally bound to them: 2 planets and their 127 moons, as well as asteroids, meteoroids, planetoids, comets, and interplanetary dust.

The principal components of this star system are the stars 'LDC424.A' and 'LDC424.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'LDC424.A' is a red supergiant class star that contains about 85% of the system's known mass, 'LDC424.B' is a red giant class star that contains about 14% of the system's known mass.

System 'LDC424' is located more than 5056 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

LDC424.1 is a large terrestrial planet (7653 km radius) which orbits its star in 282 Earth days, one day on LDC424.1 lasts 6 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1195 K (922 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of nitrogen, oxygen and it has 4 moons.
