The principal components of this star system are the stars 'MDJ427.A' and 'MDJ427.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'MDJ427.A' is a red giant class star that contains about 87% of the system's known mass, 'MDJ427.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 12% of the system's known mass.
