The principal components of this star system are the stars 'MEA741.A' and 'MEA741.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'MEA741.A' is a yellow giant class star that contains about 97% of the system's known mass, 'MEA741.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 2% of the system's known mass.

System 'MEA741' is located more than 5087 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
