The principal components of this star system are the stars 'MFF499.A' and 'MFF499.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'MFF499.A' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 67% of the system's known mass, 'MFF499.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 32% of the system's known mass.

System 'MFF499' is located more than 1814 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
