The principal components of this star system are the stars 'MGC052.A' and 'MGC052.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'MGC052.A' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 66% of the system's known mass, 'MGC052.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 32% of the system's known mass.

System 'MGC052' is located more than 2065 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
