The principal components of this star system are the stars 'RFB406.A' and 'RFB406.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'RFB406.A' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 99% of the system's known mass, 'RFB406.B' is a brown dwarf class star that contains about 0% of the system's known mass.

System 'RFB406' is located more than 3404 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
