Proxthenis Astraia (TAE565): brown dwarf star with 1 planets

Kerarum

Solar system 'Proxthenis Astraia (TAE565)' comprises the star 'Proxthenis Astraia' and the retinue of celestial objects gravitationally bound to it: 1 planets and their 22 moons, as well as asteroids, meteoroids, planetoids, comets, and interplanetary dust.

The principal component of this star system is the star 'Proxthenis Astraia', a brown dwarf class star that contains about 97.72% of the system's known mass and dominates it gravitationally. Proxthenis Astraia is located more than 2615 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

This star is a small-ish brown dwarf star with 1 planet located within the Polystratus Euphorion star cluster in the Adrastea arm of the barred spiral galaxy NGC 1300. This very dim star is thought to be about 5 billion years old and possesses a radius of 47,000 kilometers across. The surface of Proxthenis Astraia is about 1705 degrees Celsius. The star has 1 planet, a frigid gaseous ice giant. There is 1 asteroid belt in this solar system which orbits at 4.89 AU beyond the sole planet in this star system.

This solar system is a major staging ground for the GTS (Galactic Trade Service), which operate various subterranean Helium-3 mines utilizing forced slave labor within several of planet Kerarum''''s (TAE565.1) moons. The total population of those who are involved with GTS operations here including the slave labor population is total to about 100 million individuals most of whom are Koralians and Rydial. The Proxthenis Astraia system is a colony of the Darwin Arae Empire.

The sole planet in this system - Kerarum and its very cold rocky moons are known as "the crimson worlds" to the people of the Darwin Arae Empire because of the dim cherry red light they receive from their host star Proxthenis Astraia.

Within the only asteroid belt that orbits this star lies tiny silicate-rich planetoids, asteroids, and a few long-period comet bodies that receive virtually no visible light from the star Proxthenis Astraia.

This solar system comprises 1 planets

Kerarum is a medium gas giant (38781 km radius) which orbits its star in 8738 Earth days, one day on Kerarum lasts 3 Earth hours. Its average temperature is 1177 K (904 C), its atmosphere mainly consists of hydrogen, helium and it has 22 moons.
