The principal components of this star system are the stars 'TBF487.A' and 'TBF487.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'TBF487.A' is a red giant class star that contains about 72% of the system's known mass, 'TBF487.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 27% of the system's known mass.

System 'TBF487' is located more than 4808 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
