Solar system 'Pie (THF830)' comprises the star 'Pie' and the retinue of celestial objects gravitationally bound to it: 23 planets and their 2030 moons, as well as asteroids, meteoroids, planetoids, comets, and interplanetary dust.

The principal component of this star system is the star 'Pie', a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 99.35% of the system's known mass and dominates it gravitationally. Pie is located more than 1395 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.

Altruista, the fourth planet in this system, features single cell life forms. Its average temperature is 330K (57C) and it's atmosphere contains 17% of oxygen. One year on Altruista lasts 1592 days, one day lasts 24 hours. It's diameter is 23734 km, 1.8 times the diameter of the Earth.

The Dacor have passed through this system. They believe that the Core is holy, and that none should own it. And now that the Umbrans own it, they have begun a gruesome genocide of them. Many races make up the Dacor, it is not one race, but a coalition of races. Soon they will attack Umbra. All the Umbran colonies except for Umbra and the Core have been destroyed already. The Dacor have built a planet destroying weapon that they will use to destroy Umbra when the time comes.

The time may, or may not have come, but the Dacor are now at peace with the Galaxy.
