The principal components of this star system are the stars 'VAE921.A' and 'VAE921.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'VAE921.A' is a yellow giant class star that contains about 95% of the system's known mass, 'VAE921.B' is a red giant class star that contains about 4% of the system's known mass.

System 'VAE921' is located more than 1440 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
