The principal components of this star system are the stars 'VCD366.A' and 'VCD366.B' that dominate it gravitationally. 'VCD366.A' is a red giant class star that contains about 76% of the system's known mass, 'VCD366.B' is a yellow dwarf class star that contains about 23% of the system's known mass.

System 'VCD366' is located more than 1440 lightyears from the center of the galaxy.
