This hot and forested world is home to the Dacors religious shrines and the centre of Core worship in the galaxy (obviously apart from the Core itself). On Geros' northern hemisphere lies the Mutetrian Temple complex, the seat and high council of the Geronian religious order who regularly broadcast the word of their scriptures to an who listen. As well as also being the home of the Geronians (the uniting factor behind the original Dacoran alliance shifting from trader/soldier mutual federation to a tight knit military religious dictatorship) the planet is a place of pilgrimage for those who still hold the ancient and largely forgotten Core beliefs true.

The religion centred here (the belief that the Core is an all powerful karmic force, whose strength would reset wrongs faced by the weak and downtrodden; something resonated strongly with the Dacor member species who had all at one point or another been through tremendous hardship - they were all nomads at the time of unification) was the cause of the cataclysmic Core War, and arguably began the Dacor's ascent to transgalactic power and influence.

Geros has 4 moons, Yahl, Ozyo, WurTa Gelat and Valintas. They hold a symbolic role in the night prayers and are also named by the main Dacoran races of old - the Narlosians naming Yahl, Polug'Mec naming Wur'Ta, Azyzyl naming Ozyo and Vagorsha naming Valintas. It is believed that they are similar to the names of the successive nations previous main Gods before they became the space faring soldiers of the Dacor.
